Building on my 16 years of experience in project management, I am highly organised and work in a very methodical way on the projects.
Once the project is structured and planned in an adequate way, I strive for the success of your project through a continuous prioritisation of priorities and a constant ability to adapt.

The banking and insurance environment has become more complex in recent years, particularly under the weight of cross-border, regulatory and competition constraints.
Being very pragmatic, I systematically try to simplify the problems encountered and advise the most pragmatic solutions possible, proportionate to the risk incurred.
